I did not recivie a verification code, what do I do? Click here to have your code resent. If you do not receive your code within an hour you probably entered your email address incorrectly, please register again with the correct email address.
I entered the wrong email address when I registered, what should I do? Simply register again using the correct email address.
I forgot my username, how do I retrieve it? Go to the "Forget Password" page and enter the email you used when you registered. Your username will be shown in the password retrieval email (Email format is: "Dear YOUR USERNAME").
How and why should I upgrade my account? More space, more features, and it supports HDDWeb! Servers are expensive man!
I upgraded my account but my account does not reflect the upgrade? Try logging out and logging back in. If your account still does not reflect the change you probably closed your browser before PayPal forwarded you back to our site; please contact us with your account # and your PayPal email address.
I modified my plus account but my account does not reflect the change? Currently, we must manually alter your account so the change could take a few hours to take effect.
How do I cancel my recurring Plus Member subscription? To cancel a recurring Plus Member subscription:
